Studio Three Ceramics

Welcome to the home of hand thrown ceramics.

Functional Ceramics

Studio 3 Ceramics is owned and run by Anne Schultz. Anne has been a ceramic artist since 1974 and has a three year National Diploma in Ceramic Design. The studio is situated at her home in Kloof, where she specialises in creating beautiful, hand-thrown ceramics. Each piece is thrown on the wheel, which gives it an individual quality.

Anne works in stoneware, porcelain, and terracotta to create a beautiful range of functional homeware. All the stoneware and porcelain products are fired twice, first is the bisque firing, then the pots are glazed and reduction fired in the gas kiln. The terracotta products are bisque fired only.

You can find Studio 3’s functional artworks for sale at The Gaze Gallery on the Southcoast of KZN, adjacent to The Waffle Hut
